Subscription cancellation policy

MetaboWell subscriptions renew automatically every month at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to the payment method on file and ships on the same schedule.

How to cancel, skip or change your subscription
You can cancel, skip a delivery, change your delivery date or update your payment method at any time:

• Log in to your account on our store and select Manage subscriptions, or
• Email us at rays123team@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll take care of it.

Timing
To avoid being charged for your next delivery, cancel or skip before your next renewal date. We email you a reminder 3 days before each renewal charge. Cancellation takes effect immediately. You won’t be charged again, and any order that has already been processed will still ship.

No cancellation fees or minimum commitment
There is no minimum number of deliveries and no fee to cancel.

Refunds
Your first order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details. Renewal orders after the first are not eligible for a refund once they’ve been processed, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
