30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with MetaboWell. If your first order isn’t right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund it in full. You don’t need to send the bottle back.

What’s covered

• The guarantee covers your first order of MetaboWell, whether it was a one-time purchase or the first delivery of a subscription.
• It is limited to one refund per customer and household.
• Later subscription deliveries aren’t covered by the guarantee. You can skip, reschedule or cancel your subscription anytime from your account before the next order is processed.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If any order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

How to request a refund

Email us at rays123team@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
